Privacy at ClearHomeLoan
Your loan figures stay in your browser. We collect limited website-usage information to understand which pages are useful, and contact details only when someone submits the advertising form.
Loan calculator information
The calculator runs in your browser. Outstanding principal, EMI, interest rate, term and prepayment figures are not sent to or stored by ClearHomeLoan. A shareable link includes the selected calculator values in the URL only when you choose the Share button.
Visitor analytics
ClearHomeLoan uses Clicky Web Analytics to understand page visits, referral sources, devices and general usage patterns. The tracking code is configured to disable tracking cookies. Clicky’s visitor-privacy settings should also anonymize visitor IP addresses; those settings are maintained in the Clicky account.
Analytics information is used to improve the calculator and educational guides, identify technical problems and understand aggregate website traffic. We do not intentionally attach names, email addresses or loan figures to analytics sessions.
Advertising enquiries
If you submit the advertising form, the name, email address and contact number you provide are sent through FormSubmit to the ClearHomeLoan advertising inbox. This information is used to respond to the enquiry and discuss advertising opportunities.
Third-party services
Clicky and FormSubmit process information under their own privacy terms. Links to third-party websites, including advertiser destinations, may have separate privacy practices that ClearHomeLoan does not control.
Your choices
Browser privacy tools or content blockers may prevent analytics scripts from loading. You can avoid submitting personal information by not using the advertising enquiry form. For a privacy question or request concerning an advertising enquiry, contact the same email address used in your correspondence with ClearHomeLoan.
Changes
This notice may be updated when website features or service providers change. The effective date at the top will be revised when material changes are published.
